Catherine Bergmueller
 

Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Special Education

Hometown: Mifflinburg, Pa.

Involvement on campus: Catherine played field hockey for three years at Arcadia and is a member of Arcadia’s Student Athletic Association Council, which supports various athletic organizations and events.

Study abroad: For Preview during her first year, Catherine studied in Ethiopia. She’ll do a 10-day Global Field Study course in Munich and Würzburg, Germany, beginning May 21. 

After Arcadia: Catherine will travel domestically and to the Dominican Republic through June. Starting in July, she will serve as a head summer camp counselor in Abington, Pa. In August, she’ll start her first professional position as a K–2 autistic support teacher at the William H. Ziegler School for the Philadelphia School District.
