We are so excited to safely welcome our new Knights into the Arcadia family! We have decided to move summer orientation online, as our priority is the health and safety of our students. We will offer both live and on demand content to provide an engaging and accessible orientation experience for new students and their family and friends. More details will be available soon. New students will receive information at their Arcadia email address.

Every full-time student at Arcadia University is required to submit personal health information to be in compliance with University Policy. Click the "forms" link below to access the required paperwork. Once completed, upload forms to Student Health Services’ Patient Portal. For more information, visit Student Health Services. Student health records must be submitted prior to Fall Orientation. Every full-time student must have health insurance. Enroll or waive Arcadia University's student insurance coverage (available Monday, July 6).

7. Submit health information.

If you require testing accommodations due to a disability, you must request accommodations through Disability Support Services prior to taking the exam. Arcadia University has partnered with Everfi to provide two mandatory online courses: AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates (SAPU). In July, you will receive an email with login details for these interactive modules, which will help you make informed choices and protect yourself when dealing with drinking and inappropriate sexual conduct, if it occurs around you.

Part 1 of AlcoholEdu and SAPU are due by Monday, Aug. 31. A link for Part 2 will be sent out 45 days after you complete Part 1. You must submit both for the courses to be considered complete. If you have technical issues, please email Everfi or Mary Alice Difilippo.

10. Complete AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates.

11. Participate in Fall Orientation, August 26-30*.

Our priority is to provide a safe, helpful, and engaging fall orientation experience for new students and their family and friends. If we have normal fall operations, Fall Orientation will kick off on Wednesday, Aug. 26 with resident move-in and a University welcome for all new students, family, and friends. New students will meet classmates, start to adjust to campus life, and have a chance to explore the amazing city of Philadelphia. You'll also participate in Day of Service, an opportunity to learn about and give back to the community. Transfer students can attend the five-day Fall Orientation or a condensed program on Friday, Aug. 28. We are in the process of assessing fall orientation in light of COVID-19. Please check back for changes. New students will receive information at their Arcadia email address.
