Our office provides the following services to the Arcadia University community: Creating, maintaining and transmitting academic records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), scheduling rooms, classes, students and final examinations, evaluating transfer credit, auditing degree progress and completion, coordinating Veteran's benefits, processing international student forms, and issuing academic transcripts, certificates and diplomas.
Students with any type of hold on their account (e.g., financial, health-related, library) will may not be able to register for classes, get final grades or transcripts, be eligible for certain financial aid packages, etc. If you are unsure if you have a hold on your account, please log into SelfService to see if your account is on a hold (Stop list). Here are the appropriate contacts if you find your account is on a hold (Stop list):
Arcadia University works with Credentials Inc. and the National Student Clearinghouse to process transcript requests. You may also request your transcript directly from Arcadia. This request must be made in writing and will incur a $5 fee. MORE.
Arcadia University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Contact the National Student Clearinghouse online at www.degreeverify.org or by mail: National Student Clearinghouse, 2300 Dulles Station Boulevard, Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20171.
Please note: current students may obtain their own free and immediate enrollment verification through Arcadia’s SelfService to the National Student Clearinghouse (Grades tab, Enrollment Verification link).
