Virtual Recruitment Opportunities


Employers can create a Handshake account to post job and internship opportunities directly for students and alumni. Search student/alumni résumés and career profiles in Handshake and request on-campus or virtual interviews.

Share Your Industry Expertise

The best way to strategically build awareness of your organization and opportunities for our students is by attending or hosting an OCE career event. We regularly partner with Employers to offer students interview preparation and practice, or résumé advice. We are also glad to facilitate employer presentations to classes and student organizations.

Connect with Faculty 

Are you interested in presenting to a virtual class of Arcadia students? Complete this Employer Partnership Form and we will put you in contact with a faculty member who is open to having employers speak to their students.

Virtual Information Sessions

Chat with talent during an online information session from the convenience of your phone, computer, or tablet. Employers can present on a career-related topic and/ or share information about your organization’s opportunities and culture. Employers can also set up an AMA (Ask Me Anything) style event. Virtual information sessions are flexible and allow you to connect with students from the comfort of your home or office without the headache or cost of travel.
